摘要

 量測技術在任何一個產業都扮演著很重要的角色,一般的檢測設備是利用一個多軸的平台與探頭來進行一種物理量的檢測,當要作兩種物理量的檢測時,就需要透過二台的檢測設備來達成,會增加設備成本與設備占用面積。

本研究為解決此一問題,自行開發一部多功能的量測設備,稱為量測中心機。本系統可分為兩個部份,一是共用裝置部份,目的是將設備與設備之間的重複性裝置作整合,包含有多軸運動機構、運動控制系統、視覺取像系統、軟體系統;另一部份模組化的探頭,使用者可以依照所需的檢測目的選擇適當探頭,如超音波探頭、雷射探頭…等。檢測時,將所需的探頭裝置於探頭夾具上,透過影像導引裝置的定位,可以使探頭對準待測物進行檢測,如此就可以於一個設備上作多種功能的檢測。

量測中心機於硬體方面整合了共用的裝置,可以明顯的減少佔地面積及降低設備成本;軟體介面經整合後,在不同的檢測下,為使用者提供了一個熟悉的軟體操作環境,讓使用者可以很容易的上手,可以降低操作訓練的時間。

ABSTRACT

 Measuring Technique always plays an important role in any industry. General measuring equipment usually extracts single physical quantity at different locations by a multi-axis motion platform and a specific probe. However, for measuring two physical quantities we may need two different measuring equipments that will increase the cost and area of equipment.

For solving this problem, we develop multi-functional measuring equipment called MeasuringCenter. This system includes two parts, the first part is common subsystem which aims to integrate redundant device between equipments. The common subsystem consists of multi-axis motion platform, motion control module, vision module, and software module. The second part is modular probe. User can choose suitable probe in terms of desired measuring purpose, such as ultrasonic probe and laser probe etc. We assemble desired probe on probe fixture and orientate the probe through digital image guiding device. Therefore the probe can align DUT to execute measuring procedure. In this way this novel measuring center can measure more than one parameter of the DUT.

This thesis integrates redundant equipments in hardware field that can obviously decrease cost and area of equipment. After integrated in software field, it can provide user similar operating software environment. The software interface will be very friendly to lower training time of the new user.
