摘要

  本論文提出一種以無線區域網路為基礎的無線感測器(Wireless Sensor)之架構,此無線感測器建構在高頻2.4GHz的系統上,藉此以改善傳統低頻無線感測器的缺點,如傳輸距離短、傳輸速度慢、傳輸容量小等。並藉由大量訊號的數位化,使後續的訊號處理皆可用軟體執行的方式來完成,利用軟體上的修改將使我們所提出的系統可以應用在各種不同的用途,並且可以具有多頻多模的功能。並以無線能量傳輸的方式取得能量供應,使系統在無接線的狀態下獲得能量,避免有線情況下的諸多困擾。本論文以實現直接序列展頻之架構設計為主,使我們所提出之無線感測器,可以經由IEEE 802.11b的通訊標準,與現有無線區域網路的存取裝置作為溝通的對象,以低功率消耗為設計目標,其中數值控制震盪器的部分,我們以單一EPROM的實現方式取代過去以兩顆EPROM的方式,以較少邏輯閘數量實現相同之電路功能,以減少晶片面積,並實現低功率消耗之目的,使我們所提出之無線感測器之能量供應,可以滿足各種不同感測器電路,如此將使無線感測器應用領域更為廣泛。

ABSTRACT

  This paper describes the architecture of wireless sensors based on wireless LAN. The proposed wireless sensor system operated at 2.4GHz is considered to replace the traditional wireless sensor system applied at low frequency. To improve the disadvantages in the past wireless sensor such as shorter transmission distance, slower transmission rate, smaller transmission volume and so on. By way of software mode a large number signal can be processed digitally. Our proposed wireless sensor system can be applied to different kinds of sensors by modifying the software stored in DSP. Similarly, because of inherent characteristics of software radio, it can be operated in multi-frequency and multi-mode. The system power supply is obtained through wireless power transmission to avoid persecutions in wired mode. This paper implements the design of direct sequence spread spectrum. By IEEE 802.11b wireless LAN standard, our proposed wireless sensor makes use of Wireless LAN with existing wireless LAN devices, and according to low power consumption. In Numerically Controlled Oscillator, we use a single embedded ROM that stores one-quarter cycle of a sine waveform. Using linear interpolation to reduce memory size, may achieve the purpose of low power consumption and small size. Thus we believe the proposed wireless sensor may be popular in the future application field.
